About The Position
Servers at Chili’s provide Guests with food and drinks alongside hospitable, customized service. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming experience and helping Guests feel special in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining environment. Servers learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18. Prior experience is a plus. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules.
