Server (Morning) - Prime Gastonia
About The Position
Prime Independent Living is seeking friendly, attentive, service-minded Servers for its Prime Gastonia team. The role focuses on providing warm, professional hospitality and personalized dining experiences for residents and guests in an independent living community. The available schedule is 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with full-time and part-time options. Previous restaurant, hospitality, or serving experience is preferred but not required. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs, and a Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and assist with dining selections.
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Anticipate resident needs and create a personalized dining experience.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain an inviting dining environment.
- Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Process payments when applicable.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Work closely with culinary and dining team members to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and other assigned side work.
