Server (Evening) - Prime Gastonia
About The Position
Prime Independent Living is seeking friendly, attentive, service-minded Servers for its Prime Gastonia team. The role focuses on delivering warm, professional hospitality and creating personalized dining experiences for residents and guests in an independent living community. Servers work with the culinary and dining teams to provide seamless service and maintain a clean, organized, inviting dining environment. Available schedules are full-time and part-time, with shifts from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The position may require working assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Servers must be able to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. Food Handler Certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and help guests with dining selections.
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Anticipate resident needs and provide a personalized dining experience.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables; maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Process payments when applicable.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with culinary and dining team members to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and other assigned side work.
