About The Position

We are looking for a Server to join our team at Vitalia Highland Heights. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting residents and making them feel welcome, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. You will also be responsible for preparing tables for service, salads for meals, and rolling silverware. Additionally, you will be involved in bussing tables and sweeping floors to maintain a clean and presentable community.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
