About The Position
Come join our team at Vitalia Highland Heights located at 305 Bishop Rd. Highland Heights, Ohio 44143! We are looking for someone (like you) to be a Host with the Most, a Peppy Prepper, and a Titan of Tidiness. As a Host with the Most, it's your job to greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect. As a Peppy Prepper, you will understand that a successful meal service can only happen if you're prepared, whether prepping a table for service, salads for the next meal, or rolling silverware. As a Titan of Tidiness, you will be responsible for bussing tables and sweeping floors, playing a crucial part in making the community something we can be proud of.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be criminally cleared
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain

- Prep tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware
- Bus tables
- Sweep floors
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Assist persons after a fall
