Server 7am-2:30pm $15-21.50 (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Wellington located at 1051 Kent St, Liberty, MO 64068. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $15 - $21.50 per hour. The shift schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting residents, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. You will also be involved in preparing tables for service, making salads, and bussing tables. Additionally, you will sweep floors, communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding residents' dietary habits or changes in appetite, and report resident absences from meals.
Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Active, requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Criminally cleared
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome

- Roll silverware
- Buss tables
- Sweep floors
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when residents are absent from meals
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Assist persons after a fall
