About The Position

Royal Park Hotel is seeking a customer-focused Server to provide guests with exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will guide guests through the menu, recommend items, take and relay orders, and serve food and beverages professionally. You will anticipate guest needs, maintain an orderly dining area, process payments accurately, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff. The position is based at Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan, a luxury boutique hotel with an upscale work environment. The listed schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.

Nice To Haves

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
Six months to one year of serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities
