About The Position

The Server creates exceptional dining experiences for guests by providing attentive, personalized service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role includes welcoming guests, helping them navigate the menu, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Servers maintain a clean dining area, process payments accurately, and work to meet the hotel’s standards for presentation, quality, and guest satisfaction. The position is scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work collaboratively. Serving experience is preferred, as is a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable. The role requires standing for extended periods and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Nice To Haves

Six months to one year of serving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
Explain menu options, recommend items, and answer guest questions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, meeting presentation and quality standards.
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth service delivery.
