About The Position
The Server is responsible for delivering gracious, detail-oriented food and beverage service to Members and their guests throughout the clubhouse dining room, grille room, and patio. Upholds the Club's reputation for exceptional hospitality by anticipating Member needs and providing service that feels both polished and personal.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years serving experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or private club setting
- Food Handler certification, or ability to obtain
- Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing
- Excellent memory, multitasking ability, and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 if serving alcohol, per California law)
- Full availability is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- RBS/TIPS alcohol service certification preferred
