About The Position

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable and unique dining experiences by providing a wide range of guest services. The role includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. Guest Service Experts make transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience.

All associates are expected to help maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. The position involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. It also involves reading and visually verifying menu information and performing hands-on tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance or 50 pounds with assistance. Associates may need to reach overhead and below the knees and bend, twist, pull, and stoop. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
