About The Position

The Server at Dawn Manor, Dellshire Resort, is responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience at the resort’s off-site restaurant through attentive, efficient, and personalized service. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, accurate orders, and adherence to service standards. Dellshire Resort is a themed, medieval-inspired destination in Wisconsin Dells that is scheduled to open in Spring 2026. The Server will join a pre-opening environment centered on creating memorable guest experiences and providing opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.

Requirements

Strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills.
Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of employment; certifications must be renewed as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous serving experience, ideally in an upscale or high-volume environment.
Knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.

Responsibilities

Provide full-service dining, including greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and presenting checks.
Demonstrate knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
Enter orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.
Maintain an assigned section, ensuring it is clean and ready for service.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
Follow alcohol service guidelines and verify identification when required.
Communicate with kitchen and support staff to maintain service flow.
Participate in side work and opening and closing duties.
Uphold company service standards, policies, and safety procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
