About The Position
The Bartender prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and provides exceptional guest service at the bars at Dawn Manor’s off-site restaurant. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance with alcohol service regulations. The position is part of Dellshire Resort, a medieval-inspired destination resort in Wisconsin Dells that is being developed for a Spring 2026 opening.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience.
- Knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Strong guest service and multitasking skills.
- Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting, with recertification as needed.
- Bartender license for the Baraboo area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide attentive and engaging service to bar guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area.
- Monitor and restock inventory, glassware, and supplies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions.
- Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and side work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
