Server 4pm-7pm $15-19.75 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Pinnacle Groves located at 5522 W Northgate Rd, Rogers, AR 72758. This part-time position offers a pay range of $15 - $19.75 per hour. The Server role involves greeting residents, fostering a welcoming environment, preparing tables and meals, bussing tables, sweeping floors, and communicating with supervisors and Wellness regarding resident dietary habits and absences from meals. We are looking for individuals who are at least sixteen years of age, can communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, are able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day, can lift up to 50 pounds, can assist residents with mobility and after falls, and are criminally cleared.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Must have a positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
- Bus tables.
- Sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when residents are absent from meals.
