About The Position

This is a part-time afternoon position for a Dining Room Server in the Culinary Department. The role requires adherence to Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, as well as food quality, appearance, and presentation standards. The server will be responsible for setting tables, maintaining workstations, taking orders, serving guests graciously and courteously, and answering questions about menu items. The position emphasizes promoting an inviting dining atmosphere and requires a hospitality-focused approach.

Requirements

High school graduate
Must pass pre employment drug screen and criminal background check
A history & physical exam, tuberculin skin test or chest X-ray, drug screen, criminal background screening, employment references from previous employers, and verification with the OIG list of excluded individuals/entities to confirm your eligibility to work in health care is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in food service work preferred
Experience in working with seniors preferred

Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
