SERVER (PT)
About The Position
Watermark BR, located in beautiful downtown, is looking for part-time Restaurant Servers, who would report to the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food & Beverage. The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment. Service could be provided in any one of our two dining facilities - The Gregory, our upscale restaurant that offers a range of Southern cuisine, or Milford’s on Third, our New York City style deli with Southern-charmed offerings that remind you of home.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field prepared.
- Experience in fine dining helpful.
Responsibilities
- Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
- Being familiar with the organization of the Restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service and know the function of each job position.
- Having a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets.
- Servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
