About The Position

The Server at The Fitzgerald provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. The role includes carrying out dining service, assisting residents in dining venues, maintaining menu knowledge, and keeping dining areas clean and properly set.

Requirements

• Must have Food Handler’s certification as required.
• Bring a smile to work every day.
• Be a great team player.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate preferred.
• Some serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the daily menu and assist residents with their requests.
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings.
• Perform other related duties as required.
