About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at The Madison Senior Living in Kansas City, Missouri. This PRN position offers a starting wage of $15.00-$20.00 per hour. The Server role is crucial in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents. This involves being a "Host with the Most" by greeting residents, being present in the dining room, mingling, and fostering connections. It also includes being a "Peppy Prepper" by preparing tables and meals, and a "Titan of Tidiness" by bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness. Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
• Foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
• Bus tables.
• Sweep floors.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Assist persons after a fall.
