About The Position
Atria is hiring a Server/Waitstaff member to provide dining service to residents. The role includes setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, reviewing menus with residents, and helping new residents become familiar with dining at Atria. The Server assists with preparing, delivering, and cleaning up daily meals, banquets, and special events, while building teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents. The position includes paid on-the-job training; no prior experience is needed. The wage range is $15.69–$18.83 per hour, dependent on prior work history and experience. Responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
- Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
- Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
- Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
