About The Position
Atria is hiring a Server/Waitstaff member to provide dining service to residents. The role includes setting and clearing tables, taking orders, helping residents navigate the menu, and supporting meal preparation and service, banquets, and special events. The position provides paid on-the-job training; no prior experience is needed. The listed wage range is $14.00–$16.80 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience. Responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
- Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
- Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
- Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining-room equipment.
