About The Position
Atria Senior Living is hiring a Server/Waitstaff team member to support residents’ dining experience. The role includes setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, providing customer service, reviewing menus with residents, and helping new residents become familiar with dining at Atria. The Server assists with preparing, delivering, and cleaning up daily meals, banquets, and special events, while fostering teamwork and positive relationships with residents. The position includes on-the-job training, and no prior experience is required. The wage range is $17.00–$20.40 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.
Requirements
- No experience is needed; on-the-job training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
- Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
- Build a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
- Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
