About The Position

The Dining Room Server delivers meals to residents and guests in a timely manner and according to schedule. The role supports the dietary team in providing healthy meals and first-class customer service while helping ensure the kitchen operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Servers are expected to work courteously and professionally with residents and team members.

Requirements

Able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to perform the job.
Obtain a Food Handlers Permit if required by state regulations.
Compassion for and a desire to work with seniors.
Honest, fair, dependable, and respectful of confidentiality and others’ rights and privacy.
Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
