About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Server/Waitstaff to support residents’ dining experiences and provide a high level of customer service. No prior experience is needed; on-the-job training is provided and paid. The role includes setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, reviewing menus with residents, and helping prepare, deliver, and clean up meals and events. Servers also maintain dining-room cleanliness and build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining-room equipment.
