About The Position

Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Dining Room Server to deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner and according to a schedule. The role provides healthy meals and first-class customer service to residents. Servers work as part of the dietary team to support a smooth, efficient, and safe kitchen operation. The position may suit someone beginning a culinary career or an experienced server.

Requirements

Able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
Obtain a Food Handlers Permit if required by state regulations.
Compassion for and desire to work with seniors.
Honest, fair, and dependable; respectful of confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Meet all health requirements and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

Deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner and on schedule.
Provide customer service to residents.
