Server Lead (Full Time)
About The Position
Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Server Lead at TD Bank in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The position takes and delivers food and drink orders while helping create an enjoyable dining experience and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The Server Lead serves as the main point of contact for work-related requests communicated to unit management, helps orient and train associates, and supports employee selection and training in assigned areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The fixed pay rate is $22.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Take and deliver food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience.
- Promote a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Serve as the point person for communicating work-related requests to unit management.
- Train and acclimate new associates to the company culture, client culture, and operations.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly address and correct complaints or issues.
- Assist with employee selection and orientation, and oversee staff training in areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures, including use of appropriate protective gloves, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
