About The Position
At Seacrest Village, the Lead Server helps maintain accepted standards of food service for residents. The role assists with supervision of dining room and coffee house staff in accordance with the standard operating manual, monitors and serves special dietary functions, and trains, coaches, and guides food service employees. The Lead Server must be familiar with Jewish dietary laws and help implement applicable rules. The position is based at Corporate Encinitas in Encinitas, California, and is listed as full-time with an AM/PM shift.
Requirements
- Must have Food Handler’s certification.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test.
- Must obtain fingerprint clearance as required by licensure.
- Must be familiar with Jewish dietary laws.
Responsibilities
