SERVER LEAD (FULL TIME)
About The Position
The Server Lead takes and delivers food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The position serves as the point person for communicating work-related requests to unit management, trains and acclimates new associates to company and client culture and operations, and helps select, orient, and train staff. The role requires a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The fixed pay rate is $22.00 per hour. The position is located at TD Bank, 4140 Church Road, Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the point person through which work-related requests are communicated to unit management.
- Train and acclimate new associates to the company culture, the client's culture, and operations.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly address and correct complaints or issues.
- Assist in the selection and orientation of employees and oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling knives and hot pans, wearing slip-resistant shoes, and using proper lifting techniques.
