About The Position

The Server/Captain at 980 Prime provides personalized dining service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized dining experiences by taking accurate orders, explaining menu details, and coordinating with the kitchen.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, share daily specials, and anticipate dining needs.
• Explain ingredients, check for food allergies, take precise orders, and enter orders into the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to deliver orders efficiently and simultaneously with appealing presentation.
• Check guest satisfaction, replenish drinks, clear dishes, and promptly reset tables.
• Present bills and process transactions accurately and quickly.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and support teammates during rushes.
• Follow safety, health, and Colorado Limited Gaming Act regulations.
