About The Position

The Busser at 980 Prime supports a smooth and enjoyable dining experience by clearing and resetting tables, assisting waitstaff, responding to guest requests, maintaining supplies, and helping keep dining and restroom areas clean. The role works closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is needed as dictated by business needs.

No previous experience is required. Previous experience as a bus person or in a similar hospitality role is preferred, and prior knowledge or experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or gaming environment is desirable. Compensation is $17.00+ based on experience, plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and trash.
• Promptly reset tables by wiping them down and arranging seating.
• Work with waitstaff to refill water glasses, replace used utensils, clear plates between courses, provide condiments, and offer other assistance as needed.
• Respond courteously to guest requests to support their dining experience.
• Keep utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essential items well stocked.
• Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to support communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Check restroom cleanliness regularly, clean as necessary, and restock supplies.
• Assist with general cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
