About The Position

The Server Attendant assists the server team by stocking, cleaning, and managing the flow of their section. The role supports food and beverage service by setting and resetting tables, pre-bussing and bussing, assisting servers with service steps, and refilling guests’ beverages. The attendant promptly cleans spills and broken items and maintains equipment, tools, and supplies in good working order while following cleaning and safety procedures. The role also involves meeting guest expectations, creating memorable guest experiences, and completing additional duties as business needs require.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Basic communication skills.
Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds for extended periods during a shift.
Ability to push and pull food-serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis.

Responsibilities

Assist the server team by stocking, cleaning, and handling the flow of the assigned section.
Set and reset tables before, during, and after service, including arranging clean, polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins.
Pre-bus and bus tables during service and assist servers with service steps as needed.
Clean spills and broken glassware or dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary.
Clean equipment, tools, and supplies; maintain equipment in good working order and follow cleaning and safety standards.
Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages throughout meal service as needed.
Meet guests’ expectations and strive to create memorable guest experiences.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
