About The Position

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a Server Assistant (Busser) for Cap City Dublin. The role supports servers, hosts, managers, and other associates while helping deliver genuine hospitality and guest satisfaction. The position requires knowledge of service procedures, a willingness to assist coworkers, and a commitment to making guests and other groups the restaurant serves feel valued. The associate is expected to arrive on time, maintain a clean and compliant uniform and personal hygiene, answer guests’ questions, handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority, and follow restaurant standards and applicable safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities

Report to work on time according to the work schedule.
Wear, maintain, and clean a uniform that meets restaurant requirements.
Maintain positive personal hygiene and cleanliness during work shifts.
Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and coworkers and assist with their duties when needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines specified by the restaurant.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know restaurant emergency procedures.
Perform assigned duties and maintain knowledge of the standards and procedures in the associate handbook.
