About The Position

Ocean Prime Denver Tech Center is seeking a Server Assistant to join its team. The role supports servers, hosts, managers, and other associates while helping provide genuine hospitality and guest satisfaction. It requires knowledge of service procedures, a willingness to assist colleagues, and a commitment to creating positive experiences for guests and other groups the company serves. The Server Assistant is expected to arrive on time, maintain a clean and appropriate uniform and personal hygiene, answer guests’ questions, and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority. The role also involves cooperating with coworkers and management, following safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, reporting unsafe conditions, using materials and equipment properly, knowing restaurant emergency procedures, and following the standards and procedures in the associate handbook.

Responsibilities

Arrive on time according to the work schedule and maintain a clean uniform and good personal hygiene throughout shifts.
Uphold hospitality standards, answer guests’ questions, and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and coworkers and assist others with their duties when needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know the restaurant’s emergency procedures.
Perform duties and follow the standards and procedures in the associate handbook.
