About The Position

Ocean Prime is seeking a Server Assistant to support the restaurant team in delivering genuine hospitality. The role helps create positive experiences for associates, guests, purveyors, partners, and the community by communicating with managers, servers, and hosts and assisting with their duties. Responsibilities

Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
Meet restaurant uniform requirements and keep the uniform maintained and clean.
Maintain positive personal hygiene and cleanliness during all work shifts.
Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and coworkers and assist with their duties when needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive manner.
Follow applicable national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know restaurant emergency procedures.
Perform assigned duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures in the associate handbook.
