Server Assistant - Gordon Ramsay Steak FT
About The Position
With a friendly, upbeat and positive attitude, assists servers with food and water for guests, also cleans and re-sets tables in the dining room. Ensures that expeditious service is provided to each guest without sacrificing quality. Ensures that water glasses are full throughout the meal. Knows and is able to communicate the daily menu offering. Clears dishware and flatware as necessary throughout the dinner service. Meticulously cleans and resets dining room tables and booths. Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests. Completes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements. Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room. Understands performance expectations. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Must possess basic food knowledge.
- Must be well groomed, professional, and have excellent communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, cheerful attitude, and team player are required.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
