About The Position

Provides exceptional guest service at all times with a friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude. This part-time role involves providing fun, expeditious, and professional service to guests, including menu and beverage recommendations, tableside food preparation, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The server is responsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and organized environment, managing supply levels, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of one-year previous serving or hosting experience is required.
Must possess food knowledge and have excellent communication skills.
A professional appearance, friendly, cheerful attitude, and team player are required.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

Responsibilities

Provides fun, expeditious, and professional service to the guests of the Steakhouse.
Knows and communicates the menu and specials, making recommendations on both food and beverage choices.
Provides table side food preparation.
Ensures guest satisfaction throughout the dinner service.
Ensures beverages are replenished.
Completes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements.
Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the dining room.
Adheres to all internal controls, policies, standards and procedures.
Understands performance expectations.
