About The Position

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to support its Men’s Grille, located inside the men’s locker room. The role is responsible for running food to tables and bussing tables while meeting member and guest service standards and helping create memorable experiences. It is suited to a positive, energetic person who enjoys staying active and interacting with a variety of people. To ensure the privacy, comfort, and safety of male members, the Club states that this position must be filled by a male.

Requirements

• A current Maricopa Food Handler's Card is required.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and follow instructions.
• Availability Thursday through Sunday.
• Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Prior food and beverage experience in a luxury private club, resort, or fine dining restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run food to tables.
