About The Position

Broken Top Club in Bend, Oregon is hiring a full-time Clubhouse Attendant. The role supports a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization and helps maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming club environment. The position is part of Troon Privé, Troon’s private club division, which partners with premier clubs to deliver hospitality, personalized service, and memorable member experiences. Compensation is $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• One month of related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Keep administrative office space, locker rooms, the clubhouse, and other specified areas clean and orderly.
• Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the club.
• Empty and clean waste receptacles; remove wastepaper and rubbish to the designated area; damp-wipe receptacles as necessary.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, countertops, floors, and mirrors.
• Sweep private stairways and vacuum them if carpeted.
• Replace sanitary bathroom supplies and maintain an ample inventory.
• Sweep, dust mop, or damp mop floors and entrance areas.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
