About The Position

The PM Ravello Server Assistant supports food and beverage service at Ravello, the resort’s on-site modern Italian specialty restaurant. The restaurant serves dinner guests with food including pizza and bread made in a wood-burning oven and regionally influenced Italian specialties. This is a temporary, full-time position intended to cover a three-month period, with potential extension or permanent placement based on business need. The estimated contract timeframe is from now through January 2027. The role assists servers and bartenders with food service, dining setup and clearing, and bar and lounge preparation. It also includes polishing glassware, organizing and cleaning back-of-house areas, and handling dry goods and operating supply requisitions. The successful candidate will work primarily evening shifts and must be available for weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Experience working in Food & Beverage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a large team.
Sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic and a sense of responsibility for the role within the team.
Fluency in English.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
Availability to work primarily evening shifts to support dinner service.

Responsibilities

Assist food servers and bartenders with serving food.
Set up and clear china, glassware, and silverware.
Polish glassware and stock the bar and lounge with appropriate glassware, linens, and other service tools.
Organize and clean back-of-house areas.
Handle dry goods and operating supply requisitions.
