About The Position

The Club at Pradera is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven team members to join our Front of House team as we launch our newly renovated restaurant in September. This versatile position combines hosting, food running, table maintenance, and expediting responsibilities to ensure every member and guest enjoys exceptional service from arrival to departure. Our restaurant will feature elevated casual dining, handcrafted pizzas, exceptional wines, and warm mountain lodge-inspired hospitality. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in teamwork, and genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences for our members.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments.
  • Escort guests to tables and communicate club amenities and dining features.
  • Assist with answering phones and member inquiries.
  • Support servers by delivering water, bread, beverages, and food items.
  • Monitor dining areas and anticipate guest needs.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables according to club standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, patios, and service stations.
  • Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and dining room setup.
  • Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests.
  • Verify food presentation and table assignments before leaving the kitchen.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams regarding timing and special requests.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
  • Assist in coordinating service flow between the kitchen and dining room.
  • Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, cooks, and management.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Uphold all club service standards, policies, and hospitality expectations.
