About The Position

Hermitage Country Club is seeking attentive, professional, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers. As a server in a private club setting, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and their guests. This position requires a high level of service, attention to detail, and a warm, polished demeanor. No experience needed-we will train on the job!

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area before, during, and after service.
• Anticipate member needs and respond proactively.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
