About The Position

Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and providing guests with stellar service at Becca Restaurant & Garden at The Historic Cavalier Hotel.

Requirements

Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
Ability to grasp, lift, carry, or otherwise transport up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing up to 150 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences such as supervisors, coworkers, and the public.

Responsibilities

Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting; promptly and consistently reset service ware.
Maintain the stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including necessary equipment such as silverware, linen, and condiments.
Serve guests beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience, and replenish these items as necessary.
Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
