Requirements

A minimum of 1 years of fine-dining server assistant/busser/runner/barback experience.
High volume bar experience is also ideal.
Strong customer service skills.
High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree.
Must be detail-oriented.
Ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably and with grace.
Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
Punctual, regular and reliable.
Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Extensive food & beverage knowledge with an eagerness to always learn more.
Ability to show warmth, empathy and hospitality.
Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays.
Able to maintain flexible work schedule including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Support the service team to ensure guest needs/requirements are met in a timely manner.
Walk with graceful efficiency through the bar & dining room to assist with service demands.
Ability to handle high volume at the bar while maintaining the highest level of service and quality cocktails.
Ability to keep up with business needs within the restaurant.
