About The Position
The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant with locations in Decatur, Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte. Its menu features creative, shareable Spanish-inspired tapas, an extensive wine list of Spanish wines, and craft cocktails in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The service team is expected to demonstrate professionalism and hospitality. The Server Assistant supports servers by managing table setup and cleaning, assisting with food delivery, and keeping the dining room organized. These efforts help improve service speed and efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Able to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and maintain a high level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces.
- Able to stand and walk for extensive periods without breaks during busy times.
- Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
