About The Position
The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant with locations in Decatur, Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte. It serves creative, shareable Spanish-inspired tapas, an extensive list of Spanish wines, and craft cocktails in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The service team is expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and hospitality. The Bartender prepares and serves beverages to guests while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming bar environment. Because guests may have a full dining experience at the bar, the bartender must be knowledgeable about the entire food and beverage menu.
Requirements
- High standard of professionalism and hospitality.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and maintain a high level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces.
- Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods without breaks during busy times.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests.
