About The Position

Server Assistants support seamless restaurant service and help create exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the high standards guests expect. The role is suited to hospitality professionals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to develop their front-of-house skills. The position is at St. Elmo Steak House.

Server Assistants help Servers throughout service, deliver food, assist with beverages and other guest needs, maintain clean and organized dining and service areas, and anticipate needs to support smooth service execution.

Nice To Haves

• Prior high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience in upscale dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Servers by ensuring tables are properly set, maintained, and reset throughout service.
• Deliver food promptly and accurately, maintain presentation standards, and communicate dish descriptions when appropriate.
• Assist with beverage service, water refills, bread service, and other guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas.
• Anticipate guest and team needs, respond quickly to requests, and help ensure smooth service execution.
