About The Position

Server Assistants support seamless service and help maintain the high standards guests expect at Harry & Izzy's Circle Centre. The role is suited to hospitality professionals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to grow their front-of-house skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience in upscale dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Servers by ensuring tables are properly set, maintained, and reset throughout service.
• Deliver food promptly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards and communicating dish descriptions when appropriate.
• Assist with beverage service, water refills, bread service, and other guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas.
• Anticipate guest and team needs, respond quickly to requests, and help ensure smooth service execution.
