About The Position

HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, is hiring a Server Assistant to support servers and help create a seamless dining experience. The role contributes to exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and supporting elevated service standards. The position is based in a fast-paced, professional dining environment where teamwork and hospitality are central.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds, including balancing large service trays.
• Ability to move frequently throughout the dining room, service areas, and dish drop area.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate clearly, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to punctuality and regular attendance.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and perform duties professionally.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food service, table settings, and dining room procedures is a plus.
