About The Position

Server 1 delivers food and beverage service to club members and guests while ensuring interactions meet Invited’s service standards. The role applies the three steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—and works with team members to provide a seamless dining experience that supports member satisfaction and retention. This is a non-lead position that also supports dining-area operations and other service duties as needed. The Server maintains service standards, provides timely service, learns the à la carte menu and daily specials, greets members warmly, and helps keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked. The role responds to complaints using service-recovery techniques and follows club, department, cleanliness, and safety standards. Employees are also expected to attend briefings, wear a neat uniform, maintain professionalism, and take on additional duties as assigned. The position requires extended periods of standing, walking, and physical activity; work in varying temperatures and environments; and the ability to perform movements such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding or unfolding. The employee must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds and communicate effectively, including by talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity. The schedule follows weekly attendance requirements, with additional hours that may include weekends and holidays.
