About The Position

Solflare is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to own and advance its organic search strategy across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. The SEO foundation is already established; the role will build on what is working, identify untapped opportunities, and improve organic visibility across a large-scale website that may have millions of indexed or indexable pages. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position combining strategic planning with execution.

The specialist will work with colleagues across Marketing, Product, and Engineering, with autonomy to shape Solflare’s approach to organic growth. The work spans technical SEO, content strategy, off-page SEO, product discoverability, performance measurement, and visibility across global markets and emerging AI search platforms.

Solflare is a remote-first company. Employees may also work from its offices in Zagreb, Croatia, Belgrade, or Novi Sad, Serbia. The company describes a fast-moving crypto environment where priorities can shift, and values adaptability, proactive communication, shared responsibility, and collaboration. A Web3 background is not required, but interest in Solflare and the industry is expected.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a track record of measurable organic growth in competitive markets.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to SEO strategy, from identifying opportunities through execution and measurement.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and large-scale website optimization.
• Solid experience with on-page SEO, content optimization, off-page SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics and auditing platforms.
• Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO) and interest in evolving search behavior and discovery.
• A data-driven approach and ability to prioritize initiatives based on potential business impact.
• Ability to work independently, challenge assumptions, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or another highly competitive digital industry.
• Experience optimizing websites with a large number of dynamically generated pages.
• Experience with international or multilingual SEO.
• Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) or Chrome Web Store discoverability.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Solflare’s SEO strategy, identify growth opportunities, and translate them into an actionable roadmap.
• Improve rankings, qualified organic traffic, and visibility for Solflare and its products across global markets.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and performance across a large-scale website.
• Improve Solflare’s visibility in traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms, including Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
• Shape content SEO strategy with content creators and other stakeholders, aligning landing pages, product pages, and editorial content with search intent and measurable growth opportunities.
• Identify and execute off-page SEO opportunities to improve domain authority, backlink quality, and competitive positioning.
• Support organic visibility for Solflare’s browser extension and other relevant product discovery channels.
• Monitor performance, turn data into actionable insights, and refine priorities based on impact.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to implement SEO improvements.
