  • Help schedule and coordinate creative meetings and handle approval requests for design documents.
  • May use generative AI tools to research, outline, draft, and scale content, including product copy across large catalogs, but always applying your own judgment, fact-checking, and brand voice to everything AI produces.
  • Build prompts, workflows, and quality checks that make the team faster without lowering our standards.
  • Stay current on new AI tools and recommend the ones worth adopting.
  • Optimize Lifetime.com and our product content on sites for both traditional search and AI-driven search, such as AI assistants and answer engines.
  • Manage our SEO/AI optimization platform (BrightEdge): research keywords, track rankings and AI visibility, identify opportunities, and report results to marketing partners.
  • Help develop and track Key Performance Indicators for SEO effectiveness across all product categories.
  • Follow developments in SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO); and update our processes to match.
  • Manage the translation of Lifetime copy: send content to our translation agencies, answer their questions, review and approve translated work, and store and organize translations for reuse.
  • Give agencies the style guides, glossaries, and context they need to get it right the first time.
  • Proofread and edit all outgoing content so that it is accurate, consistent, and error-free before it is published.
  • Review copy against checklists and department style guides and check questionable details. Consider copyright laws such as registered and trademarked symbols, and country of origin.
  • Maintain accurate product copy in our product information system (Data Vault), keep Lifetime's style guides current, and develop and maintain a library of reference materials.
