About The Position

SecureW2 is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, and we are moving beyond legacy "all-in-one" marketing automation platforms to build a modular, scalable revenue engine. The SEO Content Strategist is a content expert experienced in SEO & GEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page SEO optimization with demonstrated success in driving organic lead growth. You will research, plan, and coordinate the production of search-optimized content that drives organic traffic and revenue - written by yourself, SEO writers, and our agentic AI content workflow. This role partners closely across product marketing and growth to turn customer, product, and industry insights into valuable content that demonstrates EEAT and grows our visibility across Google, LLMs, and beyond. The right candidate is a strong writer with SEO expertise and knowledge of how on-page SEO, technical SEO, GEO, digital PR, and UX/CRO work together to drive growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO content writing, with impeccable writing and editing skills, specifically in SEO blogs and on-page SEO
• Demonstrated success creating content that ranks and generates measurable organic traffic and leads with Experience working with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz)
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences
• Experience writing for web in a B2B context, ideally in SaaS, technology, or related industries
• Excellent project management skills and experience working within content calendars and deadlines
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GEO, technical SEO, digital PR, and CRO preferred

Responsibilities

• Research organic lead growth opportunities based on keyword, traffic, and conversion data
• Develop and execute SEO-focused content briefs and outlines for blogs, landing pages, and resource content
• Write and edit clear, compelling, and technically accurate content that aligns with brand voice and target personas
• Perform keyword research, topic clustering, and SERP analysis to identify opportunities and inform content roadmap
• Optimize existing content for rankings and conversions (on-page SEO, internal linking, CTAs, meta data, headers)
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance and refine content strategy
• Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Perform technical SEO audits
• Launch GEO optimizations to optimize LLM visibility and sentiment
• Work with growth marketing partners to enhance UX/CRO and drive digital PR across platforms
